Q: What is The Full Throttle Boot Camp Fitness Program anyway?

The Full Throttle Boot Camp Fitness Program is a new group fitness program that includes top notch fitness instruction and motivational training all designed to get you in the best shape of your life regardless of your current fitness level. It’s great mix of “conventional” and “non-conventional” fitness tools and techniques.

Our main focus and tool is the Kettlebell and Kettlebell Exercises.  But, while the Kettlebell is a great all around tool, we’re not afraid to mix it up.

Q: How do I join The Full Throttle Boot Camp Fitness Program in Frisco?

This is a good question.

We strive to build a strong, supportive sense of community with in our facility. We also choose to work with only serious, motivated people.

For this reason, during your two week free try out, if we think you’re a good fit for our program…you work hard…have a positive attitude….and strive to get better….we will welcome you into our family.

Your fitness level has nothing to do it, this is all about attitude!

All you need to do is register for your try out, show up to your orientation, come to class and work hard to be better.

In some instances, during our orientation we my discover our large group format is not the best choice for someone at their current fitness level.  We will be up front about this and may make recommendations for other services we offer and then integrate you into the groups.

We are not about just jamming as many people into our classes as possible, like a typical boot camp.  We are Fitness Professionals not personal trainers at your local 24 hour fitness club.

Q: What if I’m not very physically fit?

No participant will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely.

It would be extremely irresponsible for us to do otherwise.

There may be a rare case where this isn’t the best program for some people in their current state.  Those in this situation will be better served to work with us in a different fashion and join the camp later, when able.

In most cases, if you have five or fifty pounds to lose, you’ll find that The Full Throttle Boot Camp is just the program for you!

Women and men of all ages, abilities and fitness levels regularly attend The Full Throttle Boot Camp and achieve incredible results.

Remember, everybody has to start somewhere. The important thing is you start, better sooner than later.

Q: Where’s the location of The Full Throttle Boot Camp?

Our Facility, Full Throttle Fitness Systems is located in Frisco, Texas.

We are very easy to find if you are traveling from The Colony, Little Elm, Frisco and even Plano.

We are located about 1 mile west of the intersection of Main St. and FM 423 in Frisco.

Q: How often will we meet?

Like we said we have built in some flexibility to our schedule. The Full Throttle Boot Camp meets:

Monday, Wednesday @ 5AM

Monday – Friday @ 6:00

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9 AM

Monday, Wednesday 6PM

Monday – Thursday @ 7 PM

We will be adding more class times as demand dictates.  Depending on your membership level you can attend any of those class times for your predetermined number of classes per week, giving there is space available.

Q: I notice you bill monthly, can I start in the middle of a month or do I have to wait?

Yes, you can join in the middle of a month.  All new campers must attend a New Member Orientation before they can start their two week try out.  We do this, not to be difficult, but to keep our members safe.

If you missed this months group New Member Orientation, you can schedule a private orientation for the cost of a Personal Training Session anytime we have an open time slot.

We are sticklers for proper exercise technique, and that’s one of the items you learn at our orientation.  This orientation keeps you safe and allows your to transition seamlessly into the flow of our camp.

We also go over the class format, what our expectations are of our members and have a Q&A session.

Q: What can I expect to achieve?

It’s not uncommon to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit and toned. We’ve seen an average drop of 3-6 pounds, 1-2 dress sizes, and 2-5% body fat in the first 30 days. The program includes exercises designed to build strength throughout your body and reduce body fat and “bloat” and increase confidence.

Q: How is this different than the local health club?

Full Throttle Fitness Systems is a personalized Fitness Coaching Service in a large group format.

The Full Throttle Boot Camp is a fitness program designed to get you in the best shape of your life in a fun and motivating atmosphere. Unlike a traditional health club you won’t encounter intimidation, overcrowding, and broken down equipment.

We do NOT subscribe to the do-it-yourself fitness paradigm.  These “Health Clubs” are more concerned about membership numbers than you getting more fit.

We are the opposite!  We give you all the tools necessary to succeed, you just have to show up and do the work.

Q: What do I need to bring?

Just bring a towel and a sense of adventure!

Q: How often can I attend?

For the best results we suggest that you attend three days a week, but you can still achieve incredible results with our two day per week package, after all two days is better than nothing.

Q: What does it cost to join?

We have a few packages to choose from to make it easy to fit Boot Camp into your schedule.  Our packages range from $145 to $249 per month.

We have a wide range of Packages that we go over thoroughly at our Boot Camp Orientation, this orientation is required for new members.

Q: Can I pay per workout or just when I come?

No.  Our Program is just that, a Program.  We provide Training/Coaching, Nutrition, and recovery technique to push you toward your goal.  We are not your typical boot camp that you just go workout at, this is a full blown fitness program.

Q: Will I be sore sometimes?

Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is little to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you know you are improving! After the first two weeks your body will adjust and you’ll find that you’re no longer as sore.

These workouts are tough, but not impossible. Everybody pushes according to their own ability.  Our system is so versatile we can easy substitute exercises or use variations of the prescribed exercises to ensure you get the most from every session.

Q: Is there a refund policy?

We offer a free two week try out to test the waters. Try The Full Throttle Boot Camp Fitness Program for 14 days, and understand it’ll be the toughest 2 weeks of your journey – but if it’s not for you just let us know and we’ll part as friends and hope you’ll keep us in mind when the time is right for you to make the change.

Q: How soon will I see results?

Performance improvement can take place in as little as a couple of days. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It’s becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes or a pant size or 2 within the first 30 days.

Q: Does the camp ever end?

Our camp meets for 4-6 weeks and then will have a scheduled maintenance week.

The Full Throttle Boot Camp Fitness Program is a monthly membership based fitness program, although we have planned maintenance/recovery weeks where class does not meet, this does not mean you are not in the program and do not have support.  These “off weeks”, as some call them, are there for a reason and vital for your progress and health.

After all it’s a lifestyle change. You’re welcome to join for a little as our recommended minimum 12 week commitment, after all slow and steady weight loss has been shown to be more likely to stick, or stay on board for the long haul like 85% of our members have in the past.  As a current camper you’ll be automatically enrolled into the next camp.  This ensures your spot, and allows you to stay on track.

This next one is important, DON’T SKIP IT!

Q:  Why was camp canceled?

PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally we and our trainers need to attend certifications and/or workshops over a long weekend or whatnot.  This is for the primary benefit of YOU.  It allows us to stay ahead of the curve, and deliver the highest possible service.

During these times classes will be canceled.

These classes have been figured into the pricing of the camp, there are no refunds for these camps.

We pride ourselves on being Fitness Professionals, not $8/hour trainers at your local 24 hour gym or Rec Center.

In order to do this, and provide our members with the best information available, we NEED to continue our education in order to make you better, and get you results faster.

Would you hire an account who didn’t keep up with current tax laws?  Same thing.
