Full Throttle Boot Camp (Frisco) Training Schedule.

Below is our final 2010 on-site training calendar for both semi-private AND bootcamp training. Our fitness membership programs meet in person on a 4-6-weeks “on” then incorporate 1- 2 weeks for recovery.

This format is scientifically proven to maximize training results while providing for the necessary pre-planned mental and physical regeneration for long-term success and injury prevention. The sole exception to this format is a 2-week end of year break during the busy and stressful Holiday season to provide complete recovery from a solid year of training.  We realize this approach is not “typical” but this is not your typical fitness program.

Remember, the FULL THROTTLE BOOT CAMP is a monthly membership based program during off / recovery weeks just because we don’t meet, does not mean you are not a member.  All members are billed the 1st of every month for their monthly dues.
